The President said, "Today, I am hopeful for the future of the country more than ever and I am confident that we can change the situation for the benefit of the people".

Hawzah News Agency –During his visit to Qom province, President Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi met with Grand Ayatollah Abdullah Javadi Amoli on Friday.
At the beginning of the meeting, Ayatollah Raisi presented a report on the situation in the country and the government's programme in the field of provincial trips, and referred to last night's meeting of the Qom Administrative Council and added, "What has been decided for the development of Qom will be seriously pursued".
Referring to some semi-finished projects in Qom province, Dr Raisi emphasised, "These projects are in front of the eyes of the people and they are suffering, so we need to finalise them as soon as possible".
Ayatollah Raisi also described the conditions for the supply of basic goods and the amount of its reserves as acceptable and said, "The government's intention is not to pursue inflationary policies in the field of economy".
Referring to the 13th government's policy in the field of foreign relations, the President said, "The government has started interacting with the world and its neighbours with seriousness. Iran's exports to some neighbouring countries have increased in recent months".
"Given the many capacities that exist in the country, I am confident that we can change the situation for the benefit of the people," he said.
The Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli also welcomed Ayatollah Raisi in this meeting and commemorated the anniversary of the Dey 9 (December 30), and spoke about domestic and foreign issues.
Referring to the need to pay attention to people's dignity in making economic decisions and policies, he said, "We must pay attention to people's dignity, as the Almighty has commanded".
Stating that the country's officials must have both managerial ability and patience to take care of affairs, Ayatollah Javadi Amoli said, "Today, we must help factory owners and industry actors and support them so that they do not go the wrong way".
Referring to his meetings with former officials, especially foreign policy officials, he said, "I emphasised in those meetings that we should not cut ties with the world, but my advice is that whenever you shake hands with foreigners, count your fingers".
Ayatollah Javadi Amoli referred to his recent meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and said, "I told Mr Amir Abdollahian that we should not be angry with a country, but they should be polite to us and on the other hand we should be careful about the independence of the country".
He said, "The officials and managers should make great efforts and know that organising the country's economy requires a precise scientific work".
